For Advisors

For Organizations

Socials

Career guidance that never sleeps.

Powering university career centres and the students they support. From AI Mentor for daily guidance, Roadmap for the path ahead, to the profiling behind every recommendation.

Compliant with

Different people need different views of the same path.

Students see what to do next. Advisors see who needs help. Universities see where career support is working.

One system for the whole career journey.

Navio's profiling is built on RIASEC methodology and benchmarked against 112,000+ real career profiles, so every recommendation is based on outcomes data, not guesswork.

Assessment & fit score

RIASEC-based profiling gives each student a clear starting point before the roadmap begins.

Context that stays with every student.

Navio remembers each student's profile, roadmap, and history, so the next step starts from what is already known.

Context-aware at every step

The AI Mentor and Assistant keep the student's profile, roadmap, and history connected.

White-label on request

The experience can be fully branded as your university or organization, not Navio.

Private by design

Student data stays private, is never used to train outside models, and can be exported in open formats.

Trusted by teams helping students move forward.

From "I don't know yet" to a real plan.

Move step by step with a mentor that's always available, a roadmap that adapts to you, and tools that keep every next action clear.

Why Navio?

Your direction is not randomly picked. Navio uses Big Five, RIASEC, Work Values, and 112,000+ real career profiles to find the best match for you, then adapts the roadmap for your stage.

Job & Scholarship Search

Navio scans listings across every board and ranks them against your profile and roadmap — so the top of the list is where you are genuinely strong.

AI Chat Mentor

A mentor that already knows the context. Students can message anytime, day or night, and get advice grounded in their profile, roadmap, and completed tasks.

AI Interview Prep

Practice with an interviewer that knows your CV, the job, and when an answer is too vague to survive the real room.

CV Review & Builder

Build your CV with guided templates and get AI feedback before a recruiter ever sees it.

AI Prompting Tutor

Learn to use AI tools for coursework now and for the job you are preparing for later.

Coaching Center

Short modules appear from the gaps between your current skills and the role you want next.

Scholarship Search

Find funding opportunities ranked by your profile, roadmap, strengths, and goals.

Everything here is built for one outcome.

Less time scrolling through irrelevant options, more time applying to roles you are genuinely a strong fit for.

24/7mentor available when you need it
Fitjobs and scholarships ranked for you
Offerprep, CV, and skills in one plan

Career support your board can actually see working.

Track student outcomes without your team building a single report by hand.

Proof, not promises.

Every student outcome — engagement, applications, interviews, offers — appears in your dashboard automatically, not in a survey your team chases each semester.

Real-time cohort analytics

See results by cohort, year, program, role family, and funnel stage while there is still time to act.

Advisor risk signals

Automatic flags show drops in engagement or historical disengagement patterns before students disappear.

Ready-made reporting

Export PDFs and build dean-ready presentations in one action instead of assembling numbers by hand.

Full white-label

Your logo, colours, domain, documents, reports, and tone make Navio feel like your career centre.

Data stays under your control.

Meet the copilot that never misses a student.

Navio flags who needs you, drafts the routine work, and gives you full context before every conversation so your time goes to the students who need a person.

The ratio problem is real.

Most career centres are structurally understaffed for 1:1 advising. Navio helps one advisor cover a caseload they could not manage alone.

AI Agent

Watches check-ins, activity, coaching progress, interview practice, and job search, then flags who needs you.

Predictive risk signals

Early disengagement signs surface while there is still time to act, not after the student disappears.

Full student context

Applications, response rate, mood trend, last login, and session history live in one card.

One-click actions

Schedule a check-in, send a mentor draft, assign a task, or open the full profile from the dashboard.

Daily briefing

"Good morning. 7 students need you today." The caseload is already triaged when you log in.

Advisor stays in control

The AI drafts check-ins and tasks, but never contacts a student or changes a record without approval.

Your morning, already sorted.

At risk, urgent, quick win, and scheduled students are prioritised automatically instead of becoming a flat list you sort by hand.

Coming soon for advisor teams.

The next layer keeps institutional memory, assigned tasks, and events connected to the same student record.

Private advisor notes

Leave comments inside a student's profile that are visible to university staff only, never to the student.

Task assignment

Assign a task with a due date and note; the student gets notified and sees it in their to-do list.

Event creation and RSVP tracking

Create workshops, fairs, deadlines, and networking events once, then track responses by student or group.

One career platform across every school and program in your network.

Give every partner institution the same white-labeled experience without rebuilding the process for each one.

Built for networks, not one-off launches.

Multi-campus systems, bootcamp networks, workforce boards, OPMs, agencies, and nonprofit education networks can run one shared career layer.

One system, many partners.

Each school or program in the network gets its own logo, colours, and web address, while everything runs on one shared system behind the scenes.

Network-level visibility.

What the advisor sees

A caseload that sorts itself each morning into who needs a person today and who is fine.

The interview happens here first.

Students practise against a saved job with their own CV in the room, and get scored on structure, clarity, pace and the exact answer that fell apart. Advisors see a readiness trend. The transcript stays with the student.

What the student sees

A real interviewer for a real job, with their CV already in the room.

Advice that starts where they left off.

The mentor already holds the student’s profile, roadmap and completed tasks, so a question at midnight gets an answer built on their actual situation, not a blank chat. Your team sees where a whole cohort is stuck without reading a single transcript.

A conversation that already knows their course, their roadmap and what they did last week.

Fixed before a recruiter sees it.

Students build from a structured flow instead of a blank page, then get line-level feedback on what is weak, missing or unclear — checked against the roles they have actually saved. Every student can leave with a CV your team would be happy to put its name on.

Real prompts on real coursework, corrected as they go — not a lecture about AI.

Only the skills they are actually missing.

The roadmap decides what a student is missing for their target role, then assigns short modules for exactly that — each ending in work the student produces, not a video they watched. Completion finally means something, because the module was chosen for a reason.

No student has to start again.

Frequently asked questions

Answers for teams deciding how Navio fits into career services, student support, and partner programs.

Will students actually use it?

Honest answer: most campus career tools don't get used — adoption sits in the single digits, and every career office has one or two they've quietly stopped mentioning. Two things make Navio different in practice. It runs under your institution's brand and domain, so students aren't being asked to open an account with a company they've never heard of. And it pushes one specific action each week — apply to this, practice this, message this person — rather than waiting for a student to log in and browse. Across current pilots, 68% of enrolled & onboarded students are active in a given 30-day window.

How does Navio choose recommended paths?

Each recommendation is built from three inputs: the student's own profile (coursework, skills, stated goals), the live requirements of the roles they're targeting, and the real trajectories of people who've made similar moves. Every path shows its reasoning — a student or advisor can see exactly which skills, courses and history produced it, and override any step in one click. Overrides feed back into the model. We'd rather be auditable than claim to be infallible.

What changes for career advisors?

Most of the manual work goes; the advising stays. Intake forms, scheduling, first-pass resume review, chasing students who've gone quiet — Navio handles all of it, and that's the bulk of a typical advising week. In current deployments, manual work drops from roughly 10 hours of manual & monotonous advisory work to under 1.5 hours, and instead of opening a semester with a line of 1,600 students, advisors already know who needs help, who's active, who's stalled, who's a week from a deadline and hasn't moved. Same headcount, more one-to-one advising. The job doesn't shrink. It gets its time back.

What happens to the career platform we already have?

Nothing. Navio isn't a replacement for Handshake, Symplicity, or whatever job platform you run today — those systems give students access to openings, and they do that job well. Navio does the part that happens before an application is worth sending: making sure a student has the skills, evidence and preparation to be someone the employer says yes to. The two sit alongside each other and read the same student data. Most partners keep their existing platform indefinitely.

How fast can a university launch, and what does it take from our team?

Median time from signed brief to a live student cohort is 2 weeks. From your side it takes roughly 8 hours of staff time in total: one data export, one 60-minute configuration call, and a named contact for questions during setup. Not a dedicated hire, not an IT project, not a procurement-length implementation.

Can Navio work under our brand?

Yes — fully. Students see your name, your logo, your colors, your domain, in your language. Navio doesn't appear anywhere in the student experience. For university systems and partner networks, each institution runs its own branded instance under a single contract, so a consortium launches once instead of negotiating seven times.

What reporting do we get?

Four numbers matter most, and they're live without anyone manually pulling a report: what share of each cohort you hold current data on, advising actions completed, median time from intake to first action, placement outcomes by program and much more. All you need is to ask Navio Agent to report on.

Is student data protected?

Yes, and it's documented rather than asserted. We maintain a completed HECVAT — the standard higher-education vendor security questionnaire — available for review before you reach procurement. Access is scoped by role so an advisor sees only their assigned cohorts, Navio staff hold no standing access to student records, and support work requires logged, time-limited approval. Data residency is set per deployment, so institutions in jurisdictions with in-country storage requirements keep records locally. We operate as a processor under your institution's agreement — your DPA governs — and we align to FERPA, GDPR, UK GDPR and national data protection frameworks across many jurisdictions. See full compliance list.

How is Navio priced?

We price per institution rather than from a rate card — a 2,000-student college running one department and a 40,000-student system running campus-wide shouldn't be paying the same way. What stays consistent: you're priced on enrolled students in scope, not per advisor seat and not per module, and onboarding, integrations and advisor access are included. Nothing about the deployment costs extra once you're live. Send us your enrollment figure and the scope you're considering and you'll have a number within 3 business days, in a format you can take straight into a budget request.

Can we start with one department?

Yes — that's how most partners start. A typical first deployment is one department or one graduating cohort, scoped to a full recruiting cycle: six to twelve months, depending on your academic calendar. We don't run 30-day trials, because placement outcomes aren't observable in 30 days — a short trial measures logins, not results. Success metrics are agreed in writing before launch, and if they aren't met there's no renewal obligation.

Start with a 30-minute diagnostic conversation.

No commitment. We map the career centre problem, the first cohort, and what a realistic pilot would need.
